The Fathers' Rights Association of Western New York is a private, not for profit organization composed of men and women volunteers.
The organization provides counseling, education and a support system for parents and family members, primarily non-custodial parents,
who have been affected by family structure breakdowns. Membership dues are $25.00 per year.
