We are collecting personal
stories of any length about our members' experiences with the Family Court system, family
breakdown, paternity issues, Support Collection, Lawyers, Judges, Law Guardians and
custody evaluators. We are also interested in making your own pro-se litigation
experience available to others. If you've written essays or position papers on
feminism or any other related matter, we'll make it available here, too.
Many of our members have spent huge amounts of money and time in court. Many
of our members have developed web sites and have written letters and stories which
describe the pain and anguish fathers experience every day in New York State. The
only difference between these fathers and others is that they have decided to share their
experiences with others.
The Fathers Rights Association of New York State, Inc., may not necessarily agree with all
the views presented below, yet we think it is important that they are shared with others.
Please take a moment to e-mail these fathers and share your thoughts about their
ordeals with them.
